CONSTITUTION OF: SUPER HARDCORE WRESTLING ACADEMY, ONITSHA

NIGERIA WRESTLING FEDERATION (NWF), ANAMBRA STATE CHAPTER.
ARTICLE 1: MEMBERSHIP
Section 1.1: Membership Eligibility
Any individual (man or woman) interested in amateur and professional wrestling can apply for membership. Interested individuals must not have any health challenge.
Section 1.2: Membership Requirements
New members shall pay registration fee of N15,000, license fee of N10,000 and provide two crates of beer.
Section 1.3: Annual Dues
Members shall pay an annual due of N5,000 on or before March of each year. Payment of annual dues commits the member to participate in NPWF activities. Members who failed to comply with their annual dues would have their payments in wrestling championships deducted.
ARTICLE 2: FINANCES
Section 2.1: Revenue Sharing
Money realized from every wrestling contest shall be shared among participating wrestlers on a ratio basis, with 80% distributed among wrestlers and 20% retained in the purse.
ARTICLE 3: DISCIPLINE AND CONDUCT
Section 3.1: Training Attendance
Members who fail to attend training for three consecutive weeks without prior explanation to the Chairman or via the WhatsApp group shall pay a fine of N5,000.
Section 3.2: Physical Fighting
Engaging in physical fighting shall attract a fine of N15,000 or banishment from the organization, depending on the severity of the offense.
ARTICLE 4: WELFARE AND BENEFITS
Section 4.1: Burial Assistance
In the event of the death of an active member, the NPWF members shall provide financial assistance ranging from N3,000 to N5,000 or more, depending on the circumstances.
ARTICLE 5: LEADERSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION
Section 5.1: Posts and Associated Duties
1. Chairman:
Ensures wrestlers wear branded kits to maintain a professional image.
Oversees all NPWF activities.
Convenes and presides over meetings.
2. Vice Chairman:
Assists the Chairman in his duties.
Acts as Chairman in the absence of the Chairman.
3. Secretary:
Keeps records of NPWF activities.
Prepares and distributes meeting minutes.
Maintains correspondence.
4. Financial Secretary:
Handles financial transactions.
Prepares financial reports.
Assists the Treasurer.
5. Treasurer:
Manages NPWF finances.
Oversees budgeting and financial planning.
Ensures financial accountability.
6. PRO (Public Relations Officer):
Handles external communications.
Manages NPWF's public image.
Coordinates events and promotions.
7. Media Manager:
Manages NPWF's social media presence.
Creates and distributes promotional materials.
Handles media relations.
ARTICLE 6: MOTTO AND SLOGAN
The NPWF shall operate under the motto "Unity in Progress" and the slogans "Super Hardcore (Power)" or "NPWF (Power)".
ARTICLE 7: AMENDMENTS
This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of members present at a general meeting.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we, the members of the Nigerian Pro Wrestling Federation (NPWF), Anambra State, have adopted this Constitution as our guiding document.
